COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in AI for Business Intelligence is structured to provide a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of data science and artificial intelligence, with a focus on applications in business decision-making. Core modules cover the fundamentals of data science, statistical techniques, computational intelligence, software engineering, and data mining with neural networks, ensuring students gain a comprehensive understanding of the tools and methodologies needed to analyse and interpret complex datasets. Central to the course is the AI for Business Intelligence Project, which allows students to apply their learning to a real-world business problem, developing practical skills in problem-solving, data analysis, and strategic decision-making. To further personalise their studies, students can select option modules such as mathematical modelling and practical programming, along with additional modules covering topics like generalised linear models, functional data analysis, international business, and AI for space.
