Accounting and Finance for Non-Specialist Managers and Principles of Business Economics provide a strong foundation in financial decision-making and economic principles relevant to engineering contexts. Engineering Project Management and Systems Engineering equip students with the skills to plan, execute, and oversee complex engineering projects, ensuring effective integration of technical processes and organisational objectives. International Business and Engineering Business Management focus on strategic management, global business practices, and leadership in technology-driven environments, enabling students to navigate challenges in multinational and multidisciplinary teams. Lean and Quality Engineering and Cost Engineering introduce students to efficiency, performance optimisation, and cost management, emphasising practical approaches to improving engineering outcomes. The program culminates in the Engineering Management Project, allowing students to apply their learning to a substantial, real-world engineering management challenge, integrating technical expertise with business acumen.
