Research Methods and Practice for Consultants equips you with the analytical tools needed for evidence-based decision-making, while the Management Consulting Project allows you to apply your learning to a real or simulated client challenge, producing professional recommendations and a final report. Alongside the core modules, you can choose from a wide range of optional modules to tailor your studies. These options cover themes such as effective decision-making, sustainability and climate-related business challenges, digitalisation and automation, leadership and organisational change, entrepreneurship, people analytics, diversity management and business analytics.
