COURSE CURRICULUM

The Global Fashion Management MA provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the fashion industry, combining design, sustainability, consumer insight, and business strategy. Core modules focus on research in design and enterprise, equipping students with analytical and creative skills to address challenges in the global fashion sector. Fashion Sustainability and Society explores the social, environmental, and ethical impacts of the industry, preparing students to implement sustainable practices. Contemporary Fashion Management, Values and Consumption Experience examines trends, consumer behaviour, and the ways in which values shape fashion consumption, while Data Analysis in Management develops quantitative skills for informed decision-making. Cross-Cultural Consumer Psychology provides insights into how cultural differences influence buying behaviour, enabling graduates to manage diverse international markets. The program also addresses operational aspects through Managing Global Logistics and Supply Chains, equipping students to oversee the end-to-end movement of fashion products efficiently. The MA Global Fashion Management Major Project allows students to apply their learning in an independent, industry-relevant research or creative project, integrating theory and practice. Collectively, these modules develop the knowledge, skills, and critical thinking necessary for strategic and leadership roles, enabling graduates to manage multinational fashion businesses, innovate sustainably, and respond effectively to the dynamic challenges of the global fashion industry.
