COURSE CURRICULUM

The International Banking and Finance Law LLM equips students with a detailed understanding of the legal frameworks governing global banking and financial services, combining both theoretical and practical perspectives. Core compulsory modules cover the regulatory framework of international banking, capital markets and loan structures, principles of international financial law, postgraduate legal research skills, and an extended dissertation, allowing students to develop specialist expertise and undertake independent research.
