COURSE CURRICULUM

The program provides a comprehensive understanding of logistics and supply chain management within a global and increasingly complex business environment. It explores international trade and global logistics by examining the legal, financial, and risk-related challenges that supply chain managers face alongside traditional business considerations. Students are introduced to the core principles of logistics and supply chain management, gaining insight into how these functions support organisational competitiveness and respond to changes in the wider economic and competitive landscape. Advanced knowledge is developed through the study of supply chain strategy and design, using global case studies to understand supplier relationships, procurement, and customer service strategies. Sustainability is a key theme, with a focus on managing logistics and operations responsibly by addressing environmental, social, and regulatory challenges while aligning business performance with long-term societal goals. Supply chain analytics further strengthens quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills using contemporary technologies. Study skills and research methods modules build academic competence, ethical awareness, and research capability.
