COURSE CURRICULUM

This program provides a comprehensive and practice-oriented understanding of contemporary business management within an international and sustainability-focused context. It develops the ability to apply international business theories to real-world situations, helping students understand how institutional, economic, and environmental changes shape cross-border business operations. Strategic planning and foresight methods equip students with adaptive decision-making skills, enabling them to analyse trends, anticipate future challenges, and build organisational resilience through informed strategic choices. Marketing management modules strengthen the ability to design and implement sustainable marketing strategies in multicultural and global environments, while design-driven business innovation introduces human-centred and creative approaches to managing the full innovation lifecycle, from idea generation to implementation. Leadership development is a key focus, encouraging reflection on personal leadership behaviours and building the skills required to lead people and optimise performance in complex and uncertain contexts with social responsibility.
