COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in Management (Professional Practice) offers a structured curriculum designed to develop both foundational management skills and specialised expertise tailored to career goals. Core modules such as Fundamentals of Management and Fundamentals of Leadership provide a solid understanding of essential principles in organisational behaviour, decision-making, and leadership, while The Global Professional enhances professional skills, including communication, teamwork, and cross-cultural awareness. The program offers three distinct pathways to suit different objectives. The Research route includes Research Methods and an Individual Research Project, enabling students to conduct independent, in-depth analysis and develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The Consultancy route focuses on practical problem-solving through Consultancy Skills and a Group Consultancy Project, simulating real-world business challenges. The Entrepreneurship route combines Research Methods with Launch a Venture, allowing students to apply knowledge to create and develop innovative business ideas. Students opting for the Professional Practice pathway gain an additional six months of placement experience, applying theory to practical work in a competitive professional environment. This module includes assessment through a reflective log, encouraging critical reflection on personal and professional development. Across all routes, the program integrates academic study with applied experience, preparing graduates to excel in management roles, navigate complex business environments, and contribute strategically to organisational success.
