COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in Project and Operations Management offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to develop expertise in managing projects and optimising business operations across a range of industries. Core modules such as Project Management, Productivity Improvement, Strategic Management, Operations Management, and Intelligent Business Information Systems provide students with the skills to plan, monitor, and execute projects effectively while enhancing operational efficiency. The program also integrates global perspectives through The Global Professional module, preparing students to work in diverse and international business environments. Students can tailor their studies through three specialised routes: the Research route allows the development of advanced analytical and investigative skills through Research Methods and an Individual Research Project; the Consultancy route focuses on practical problem-solving and client-facing skills via Consultancy Skills and a Group Consultancy Project; and the Entrepreneurship route fosters innovation and enterprise through Research Methods and launching a venture.
