COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in Management with International Business at The University of Huddersfield provides a structured program that combines core management knowledge with an in-depth understanding of global business environments. Core modules include Fundamentals of Management, The Context of International Business, Fundamentals of Leadership, and The Global Professional, offering students a strong foundation in management principles, leadership, international business strategy, and professional skills required in global organisations. The course is designed to develop students’ ability to analyse and respond to the challenges faced by businesses operating across borders, enhancing their strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills. Students can further tailor their learning by selecting one option module from a wide range, which may include Managing Sustainable Challenges, Managing Employee Relations, Global Business and Human Rights, Emotional Intelligence for the Effective Leader, Principles of Finance, Artificial Intelligence and Mobility, Reward Management, Humanitarian Challenges, or a Final Project. The Final Project allows students to pursue an area of personal or professional interest through one of three routes: Research, Consultancy, or Entrepreneurship, with May starters limited to the Research Route. By combining core management expertise, international business knowledge, and the opportunity for applied project work, the program equips graduates with the skills, knowledge, and professional competencies needed to succeed in international management roles and contribute effectively to global business operations.
