COURSE CURRICULUM

The Mechatronic Engineering degree curriculum is structured over three years to build both foundational knowledge and advanced technical skills. In the first year, students focus on core engineering principles, developing computational skills, understanding engineering science, and exploring materials and mechanics. They also gain exposure to electronic system fundamentals, engineering design, and practical manufacturing and testing processes, while developing professional skills and research awareness. In the second year, the program delves deeper into analytical and technical subjects, including the analysis of materials, signal analysis and control, and thermofluids. Students further develop their engineering design capabilities while studying electrical energy conversion and manufacturing and production systems, preparing them for complex problem-solving in mechatronic contexts. The third year emphasizes advanced engineering applications and professional readiness, covering dynamic analysis and control, electrical power and drive systems, and digital signal processing applications. Students also learn project quality and production management to understand industry standards and operational practices. The culmination of the degree is the final year project, which allows students to integrate knowledge from all previous years into a substantial, independent engineering project.
