COURSE CURRICULUM

The program is designed to develop knowledge and skills in education, human resource development, and training through a structured progression over three years. In the first year, students are introduced to key concepts in human resources, learning theories, and the relationship between individuals, society, and welfare. They also prepare for and complete a final year project, which allows them to conduct independent research on a topic of their choice and demonstrate their analytical and critical thinking skills.
