COURSE CURRICULUM

The International Business BA(Hons) program provides students with a strong understanding of global business operations, international markets, and cross-cultural management. Designed for students interested in the expanding global economy, the course develops critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills needed to succeed in international organisations and multinational companies. In Year 1, students build a foundation in accounting, business analytics, global business management, organisational behaviour, marketing, and personal and professional development through the ASPIRE program. Year 2 focuses on practical and strategic business knowledge through modules such as International Business, Business and Societal Impact, Creating a New Business, Data Analysis for Business, and People Management, alongside a live business project that develops teamwork and industry experience. In the final year, students strengthen their leadership and professional abilities through Strategic Management, Managing Across Cultures, and the ASPIRE Professional Portfolio module. Students can also tailor their studies through optional modules including International Marketing, International Law, Responsible Business, Global Financial Management, and The Future of Work. Overall, the course prepares graduates for careers in international business, management, marketing, consultancy, finance, and global enterprise by combining academic learning with practical business skills and global awareness.
