COURSE CURRICULUM

The Business Management BA(Hons) curriculum provides students with a strong foundation in business, leadership and professional development across three years of study. In the first year, students develop essential personal, professional and analytical skills through modules such as ASPIRE 1, Business Analytics, Global Business Management, Organisational Behaviour and Principles of Marketing. These modules introduce students to the fundamentals of business operations, teamwork, communication, marketing strategies and data-driven decision-making. During the second year, students build on this knowledge through practical and applied learning experiences, including the ASPIRE 2 Live Business Project, where they work on real business challenges. Additional modules such as Creating a New Business, Data Analysis for Business and People Management help students strengthen entrepreneurial thinking, leadership skills and organisational understanding. In the final year, students focus on advanced strategic and professional topics through modules such as ASPIRE 3 Professional Portfolio, Responsible Business and Strategic Management. Students also select optional modules that match their interests and career goals, including areas such as E-commerce, International Marketing, Ethical Leadership, Human Resource Development, Business and Climate Change, Creative Consultancy Projects and The Future of Work. The program combines academic theory with practical learning, helping students develop problem-solving, communication and strategic thinking skills required for modern global business careers.
