COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Business Analytics and Consultancy program provides students with a comprehensive understanding of business analytics, consultancy skills, and data-driven decision-making, combining theoretical knowledge with practical application. Core modules such as Consultancy Skills for Business develop the professional competencies required for effective consultancy, including project management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving. Business Analytics Methods and Data Analytics equip students with the technical expertise to analyse complex business data, apply advanced analytical techniques, and generate actionable insights. Data Management for Analytics provides a foundation in organizing, handling, and interpreting large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability in decision-making. Systems Thinking for Business Modelling introduces students to holistic approaches in modelling business processes, while optional modules such as Effective Data Storytelling and Decision-Making Under Deep Uncertainty enhance communication skills and the ability to make informed decisions in complex, unpredictable environments. The Individual Consultancy Project allows students to apply their knowledge and skills to real-world consultancy scenarios, conducting in-depth research and delivering practical solutions for business challenges. Additionally, the PG CPD module ensures ongoing professional development throughout the program.
