COURSE CURRICULUM

The LLM Bar Practice program offers a comprehensive set of modules designed to develop both academic knowledge and practical skills essential for professional legal practice. Core modules such as Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Evidence and Sentencing, Trial Advocacy, Submission Advocacy, Opinion Writing and Legal Research, Drafting, and Professional Ethics provide students with a solid foundation in the key areas of law and advocacy, ensuring competence in procedural knowledge, legal analysis, and courtroom skills. The program also includes a Conference module to enhance communication and negotiation abilities, reflecting the collaborative aspects of legal work. Optional modules, including Advanced Criminal Litigation, Advanced Civil Litigation, Family Law, Company and Commercial Law, and Pro Bono Experience (Bar), allow students to tailor their studies according to their career interests, gain specialized knowledge, and engage in practical, real-world legal experiences.
