COURSE CURRICULUM

The LLB Law program provides a comprehensive foundation in legal principles while developing critical thinking, analytical, and practical skills essential for the legal profession. In the first year, students are introduced to the core concepts of the legal system through modules such as Tort Actions, Constitutional Principles of the UK and EU, and Contract Law, alongside career-focused learning in Life in the Law and Justice Matters. The second year deepens legal understanding with compulsory modules in Criminal Law, Equity and the Law of Trusts, and Land Law, while offering flexibility through options such as Commercial Law, Law of Local Government, Practical Legal Skills, and Law of the Digital Economy. The final year allows students to tailor their studies to specific interests and career goals, with a wide range of optional modules including Family Law, Human Rights, Medical Law, Employment Law, and International Commercial Law, as well as opportunities for a dissertation, placement, or study abroad. Compulsory modules such as The Law of Equity and Law of the European Union ensure a well-rounded legal education.
