COURSE CURRICULUM

The BA (Hons) Marketing Management degree is structured over three years to equip students with both strategic and practical marketing skills. In the first year, students build a strong foundation through modules such as Mastering Marketing Foundations, The Creative Toolkit, The Power of Marketing, and Strategic Edge in Marketing, while developing professional skills through Supporting Personal and Marketing Professional Practice (SPP). These modules focus on understanding consumer behaviour, creative content development, digital and brand applications, and critical thinking. The second year emphasizes applied learning and professional development, with modules including From Classroom to Boardroom: Marketing Careers, Real-World Marketing: Applied Strategies and Challenges, Managing Marketing Projects and Teams, and Managing Customer Relationships and Experiences. The Developing Personal and Marketing Professional Practice (DPP) module supports growth in practical and career-oriented skills. In the third year, students consolidate their knowledge and prepare for industry practice through Marketing Disrupted, which examines industry trends and AI-driven marketing, and From Ideas to Impact: Entrepreneurial Marketing and Consultancy. The Capstone Project provides an opportunity to apply learning in a substantial, real-world marketing project, while Evaluating Personal and Marketing Professional Practice (EPP) ensures reflection and readiness for professional life. Graduates leave the program with strategic, creative, and analytical skills to succeed across diverse marketing roles and sectors.
