Students also complete a Business Project that allows them to apply academic learning to practical organisational challenges and opportunities. The programme includes specialist modules such as Design Thinking for Innovation and Dynamic Business Success, which develops creative problem-solving abilities and customer-centred approaches to innovation and organisational change. Applied Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship: Mindset and Technique focuses on venture creation, entrepreneurial leadership, business growth strategies, and the development of innovative ideas within both new and existing organisations. Managing Business Continuity in a Global Context explores resilience planning, risk management, and organisational responses to crises and disruptions within international business environments. Strategic Management develops understanding of competitive advantage, organisational strategy, and long-term business planning, while International Trade Law introduces the legal principles and regulatory frameworks governing international commerce and global trade.
