COURSE CURRICULUM

This Landscape Architecture course provides students with an excellent combination of creative design, professional practice and real-world experience to prepare them for successful careers in the built and natural environment sectors. Students work on real sites, tackle real challenges and respond to client-driven briefs that help them develop practical problem-solving abilities and innovative design solutions. Through landscape studio projects, students strengthen their creativity while building professional skills that are essential within modern landscape architecture practice. Previous projects have involved significant locations including Pittville Park in Cheltenham, Kings Square in Gloucester and major regeneration sites in Bristol such as The Diesel Depot and Temple Meads, providing valuable exposure to a variety of urban and environmental contexts. The course benefits from high-quality teaching delivered by experienced academics and industry practitioners who support students throughout their studies and encourage the development of independent thinking and professional confidence.
