COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Business Management course offers a dynamic and flexible structure that allows students to explore a broad range of business disciplines before specialising in areas aligned with their career goals. In the first semester, students are introduced to the core fundamentals of various business functions such as marketing, finance, operations, human resources, entrepreneurship, and branding. This phase focuses on building a solid foundation through exposure to diverse topics, helping students uncover their personal interests and strengths. It also fosters a collaborative learning environment by bringing together a diverse cohort of students from different specialisms and global backgrounds. In the second semester, students begin to tailor their studies by selecting modules that align with their interests and professional ambitions, allowing for both depth and breadth in their academic journey. By the third semester, students have the flexibility to either specialise further or diversify their skill set by combining several areas of interest. Modules in this phase are designed to develop either critical thinking or practical business skills, with opportunities to focus on areas such as strategy, branding, retail, or marketing. Throughout the course, a global perspective is emphasised to ensure students are well-equipped to operate in international business contexts. Two key compulsory modules reinforce this approach: Integrated Business Decisions, which uses competitive, game-based learning to develop strategic and teamwork skills, and Global Business, which explores international business strategy and management through real-world case studies and interactive platforms. Overall, the course provides a comprehensive, adaptive framework for future business leaders, combining academic rigour with experiential learning to prepare graduates for success in global business environments.
