The BA in Business Management with a Year in Industry is structured to give students a solid grounding in core business principles, combined with the opportunity to explore practical, real-world applications and gain valuable workplace experience. The first year offers a broad introduction to business, including essential areas such as accounting and finance, marketing, the business environment, and data management. They complete a compulsory strategic management module and a final year project, which can be either a traditional dissertation or a work-based project. The rest of the year is made up of optional modules tailored to individual interests and career goals, with opportunities to explore areas such as entrepreneurship, consultancy, and small business management.
