The program places emphasis on critical thinking, analysis, reflection, and the development of research and academic writing skills, all of which are embedded across the entire course. Teaching is grounded in contemporary methodologies and modern techniques used in program and project management, ensuring learning remains relevant to current industry practice. Core modules include Applied Business Intelligence for Project Managers, which develops data-driven decision-making skills, and PPM Fundamentals and Skills, providing a solid foundation in program and project management principles. Project Management with PRINCE2 focuses on internationally recognised frameworks and structured project delivery, while Management of Risk equips students with the tools to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Sustainability in Industrial Projects explores responsible and sustainable project practices, and Research Methods prepares students to design and conduct applied research. Students may choose to complete the Research Dissertation as a final option, allowing in-depth investigation of a project management topic of interest. If a placement or project year is selected, the Research Dissertation module is replaced by a placement or project module, offering valuable professional experience and enhanced employability.
