COURSE CURRICULUM

The LLM in Technology and Artificial Intelligence Law offers a comprehensive curriculum combining core and optional modules that provide both breadth and depth in legal studies related to technology and business. Core modules include Law and Ethics of Technology and Artificial Intelligence, Legal Technology, Regulatory Theory and Practice, International Insolvency Law, Sustainable Development Law in Contemporary Business and Society, Regulation of Financial Technologies and Virtual Assets, and a Dissertation. These modules ensure students develop specialist knowledge in the legal and ethical issues surrounding emerging technologies, fintech, and global business practices while also building research and analytical skills. Alongside this, students can tailor their learning through a wide range of optional modules, including Data Protection and Privacy Law, Cyber Law, International Banking and Finance Law, International Commercial Contracts and E-commerce, and International Intellectual Property Law. Other options cover areas such as International Company and Corporate Governance Law, International Competition Law, Law of Financial Crime, Business, Human Rights and Environment, and Employment Law, as well as specialised summer school topics like Emerging Issues in Law.
