COURSE CURRICULUM

The module explores both broad and narrow interpretations of entrepreneurship, focusing on being entrepreneurial within organizations and for new ventures. Human Resource Management (HRM5008-B) examines the nature of work, particularly the power dynamics between employees and employers, reviewing topical workplace initiatives and the strategic contribution of HRM to organizational effectiveness.
