COURSE CURRICULUM

MSc in Project Management will equip you with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to excel in planning and resource management across diverse business environments. Through a combination of case studies and real-world project experiences, the Project Management Theory and Practice unit enables you to critically evaluate, adapt, and apply project management principles to address complex challenges and optimise project outcomes, while strengthening key skills such as planning, communication, motivation, and initiative. In response to the demands of today’s digital landscape, the Digital Projects and Risk Management unit develops your ability to apply advanced risk management principles and techniques using industry-standard software, with a focus on managing environmental, social and governance (ESG), financial, and security risks within digital projects. The Integrated Supply Chain and Logistics Management unit enhances your understanding of supply chain design and logistics, allowing you to analyse and address contemporary challenges while developing the capability to design, control, operate, and manage efficient supply chains. Strategic thinking is further developed through the Strategy unit, where you will explore business environments, assess organisational positioning, and formulate, evaluate, and implement strategic decisions using established analytical tools. The program concludes with a Capstone unit, providing the opportunity to integrate theory and practice by researching a topic of personal interest under the guidance of a research supervisor.
