You will gain specialist knowledge in global talent management, international employment law, cultural communication, and stakeholder consultancy. Sustainability is also a core theme, with Business Sustainability in Practice exploring environmental impacts, environmental management systems, net-zero transitions, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The Strategy unit strengthens your ability to analyse business environments, formulate and implement strategies, and evaluate strategic options. Finally, the Capstone unit allows you to integrate theory and practice by researching a topic of relevance to your field with academic supervision.
