COURSE CURRICULUM

The Computer Networks and Security unit expands your understanding of network operations, cybersecurity principles, and risk management, providing knowledge relevant to careers in software development, cyber security, business IT, and data protection. Throughout the course, emphasis is placed on applying theoretical concepts to practical scenarios, developing problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. The program culminates in a Master’s Project in Applied Computing and Information Technology, allowing you to integrate and apply your learning to a topic of personal or professional interest, supported by training in Research Methodologies and Project Management, equipping you with the tools to conduct research, manage projects effectively, and deliver evidence-based IT solutions in real-world contexts.
