Innovation and Entrepreneurship develops creative leadership skills by encouraging you to integrate change, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking into your professional practice, while also examining organisational barriers and participative approaches that support continuous innovation. Through Responsible Leadership and Sustainable Management, you will gain a holistic understanding of ethical leadership by drawing on business ethics, sustainability, and organisational behaviour, using real-world case studies to address global leadership challenges and stakeholder engagement. Strategy: Analysis and Practice builds practical strategic management skills through strategic simulations and critical evaluation of data and industry information. The program concludes with an MBA Applied Project, allowing you to integrate learning through a live consultancy project supported by academic supervision, alongside business reports, consultancy work, an e-portfolio, and enriching extra-curricular activities such as guest speakers and entrepreneurship events.
