Building on this, the Global Supply Chain Management unit explores the structure, strategies, and operational challenges of international supply chains, including sourcing, logistics, distribution, risk mitigation, and managing uncertainty, equipping you with the skills to design resilient and customer-focused supply chains. Through Responsible Leadership and Sustainable Management, you will develop a holistic leadership perspective by integrating ethics, sustainability, and organisational behaviour, applying ethical decision-making and effective stakeholder engagement to real-world case studies. Strategy: Analysis and Practice enhances your strategic management capabilities through simulations and data-driven analysis, supporting informed decision-making. The course concludes with an MBA Applied Project, allowing you to apply theory to practice through a live consultancy project in logistics and supply chain management, supported by academic supervision and enriched by guest speakers, exhibitions, and entrepreneurship activities.
