COURSE CURRICULUM

The course is structured over three years to develop a strong blend of creative, technical, and professional skills in media, marketing, and public relations. In the first year, students are introduced to key concepts such as digital marketing, consumer behaviour, and media writing. They learn how to create content for different platforms, including audio and video production, and gain practical experience in podcasting and storytelling. This foundation helps them understand how audiences engage with media in both digital and multicultural contexts. In the second year, the focus shifts toward developing more advanced production and strategic skills. Students learn digital design for print and online platforms, enhance their abilities in radio, audio, and podcasting, and explore the role of public relations in brand management and marketing strategies. They also gain insight into the creative industries, including potential career paths and the skills required to succeed. In the final year, students complete a special project where they independently research, design, and produce a piece of work that demonstrates their knowledge and practical abilities. This final stage prepares them for professional roles by combining creativity, critical thinking, and real-world application in media and communication fields.
