COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA program is structured across three trimesters, combining academic study with practical application to prepare students for leadership in dynamic business environments. In Trimester 1, modules focus on building core skills, beginning with Academic and Digital Skills for Professionals, which develops confidence in academic writing, critical reflection, and navigating the digital era. People Development and Leadership explores behavioural dynamics, professional growth, and strategic leadership practices, while Strategy and Decision Making provides knowledge of strategic management and economic principles to support effective organisational decisions. Placement pathway students also complete Career Futures, which equips them with employability skills for internships and career opportunities. Trimester 2 shifts to applied business contexts, with Practical Data Analysis for Business focusing on acquiring, managing, and interpreting secondary data to inform decision-making. Marketing Innovation examines entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial approaches, emphasising creativity and transformation, while Financial Management for Organisational Performance explores accounting and finance in relation to strategic decisions and organisational outcomes. In Trimester 3, students study Sustainable and Transformative Operations Management, gaining insights into managing business operations responsibly and efficiently. The program culminates in a Major Project, either through a standard research-based project or a placement-based work project, allowing students to apply their learning to real-world contexts.
