Professional Landscape examines the wider environment of sports coaching, including organizational structures, policy, and industry trends, helping students understand the systems in which they operate. Professional Leadership: Culture and Change focuses on developing leadership skills, managing teams, and implementing positive cultural and organizational change within sporting environments. Coach Learning and Development explores methods for enhancing learning, mentoring, and professional growth among athletes and coaching peers. Performance Enhancement provides knowledge and practical skills in optimizing athletic performance through coaching techniques, sports science applications, and psychological strategies. The Independent Study Project for Sport allows students to conduct a substantial research or applied project, integrating theory and practice to address a specific coaching challenge or performance issue.
