The MSc Construction Project Management course provides students with an in-depth understanding of the principles, practices, and challenges associated with managing construction projects in a dynamic and complex industry. Compulsory modules, including Advanced Construction Technology and Sustainability, Project Planning, Control and Analysis, Risk and Value Management, Health and Safety Management, Project Team and Leadership Development, Strategic Project Management, and the Master’s Dissertation, equip students with both technical and managerial expertise. Advanced Construction Technology and Sustainability focuses on modern construction methods, sustainable practices, and innovative technologies that improve project efficiency and environmental performance. Project Planning, Control and Analysis develops skills in scheduling, resource allocation, cost control, and performance monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
