COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Cyber Security course provides a comprehensive education in both the theoretical and practical aspects of protecting digital systems and information from threats. Compulsory modules, including Object-Oriented Programming, Digital Security, Advanced Topics in Cybersecurity, Web Application Development, Research Methods, and the Master's Project, are designed to develop a strong technical foundation while also fostering analytical and problem-solving skills. Object-Oriented Programming equips students with essential software development skills needed to design secure and efficient applications. Digital Security focuses on protecting systems against unauthorized access, malware, and other cyber threats, while Advanced Topics in Cybersecurity explores cutting-edge issues, emerging threats, and sophisticated defense strategies. Web Application Development allows students to apply secure coding practices and develop robust, protected web systems. Research Methods provide the skills to critically evaluate security risks, analyze data, and apply evidence-based approaches to cybersecurity challenges.
