COURSE CURRICULUM

The BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to understand and enhance human performance and wellbeing. The program explores the scientific principles underlying physical activity, health, and exercise, including areas such as physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, psychology, and strength and conditioning.
