The BA (Hons) Business and Management program provides a comprehensive understanding of business operations, leadership, and strategic management, combining academic study with practical application. In Year 1, students build foundational knowledge through modules such as Discovering Management, Exploring Business Environments, Managing People and Organisations, and the Social Enterprise Challenge, which introduce key concepts in management, organizational behavior, and entrepreneurship. Year 2 emphasizes practical and analytical skills with modules including Business Solutions Lab, From Data to Decisions, Navigating Complexity in Business and Management, and The Future Ready Manager, enabling students to apply theoretical learning to real-world business challenges, develop problem-solving abilities, and prepare for leadership roles. In Year 3, students focus on advanced management and strategic thinking through compulsory modules such as Business Dynamics and Leading the Future in Business and Management, which develop insight into organizational strategy, change management, and innovation.
