COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc International Business and Management program at Kent provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the key concepts, tools, and strategies required to operate successfully in global business environments. In the first year, students explore a range of compulsory modules that build expertise in areas such as international accounting for decision-making, organisational behaviour and human resource management from a global perspective, and the strategic management of multinational enterprises. Modules in sustainability, corporate responsibility, project management, strategic marketing, and global value chains equip students with the knowledge to develop responsible and effective business strategies. Students also gain essential research and consulting skills, preparing them to analyse complex business challenges and provide actionable solutions. In the second year, students complete a business report, which consolidates their learning and allows them to apply theoretical knowledge to a practical, real-world problem. The program emphasizes a combination of academic rigor and practical application, ensuring students graduate with the analytical, strategic, and leadership skills needed to thrive in diverse international business contexts.
