COURSE CURRICULUM

The Clinical Psychology BSc program equips students with a comprehensive foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of clinical psychology. Core modules cover advanced research methods and statistics, psychological measurement and modelling, theoretical approaches to clinical practice, core competencies in clinical psychology, and professional research skills, ensuring students gain robust analytical, methodological, and professional expertise. The course also includes a psychology research project, allowing students to apply their knowledge to a real-world or research-based study, developing skills in study design, data analysis, and scientific reporting. Optional modules enable further specialization and exploration of areas such as cognition in health and disease, developmental and educational psychology in professional practice, current topics in developmental psychopathology, mind, brain and the body, neuropsychology of ageing, current issues in cognitive psychology and neuropsychology, and current topics in developmental psychology. This flexibility allows students to tailor their studies to their interests and career goals while gaining insight into cutting-edge developments in clinical psychology.
