COURSE CURRICULUM

The BSc Business Analytics and Management program provides a comprehensive education in both business principles and data-driven decision-making. In the first year, students gain a solid foundation in management, financial accounting, economics, business skills for sustainability, business analysis tools, and quantitative methods for analytics, equipping them with essential analytical and business knowledge. The second year builds on this foundation with modules in operations management, human resource management, project management, and advanced analytical skills including Python for business analytics, data intelligence, predictive analytics, and decision analysis. These courses develop students’ ability to interpret and apply data effectively in practical business contexts. The final year emphasizes strategic thinking and advanced analytics through compulsory modules such as business strategy and prescriptive analytics, while optional modules allow students to tailor their learning to their interests and career goals. Options include digital and social media analytics, big data and machine learning, simulation modelling, behavioural science, corporate social responsibility, international entrepreneurship, and people operations analytics. Throughout the program, students acquire both theoretical understanding and practical skills, enabling them to analyse complex business problems, make evidence-based decisions, and contribute to innovation.
