Students further refine their expertise by choosing from specialised topics like International Business Management, Public Sector Management, or Small Business Management. Additional options such as Coaching and Mentorship, Entrepreneurship in Action, or Resilience and Risk Management allow for personal and professional growth. The final phase includes a major capstone project, with students choosing between a Dissertation, a Consultancy Project, or Venture Creation, integrating academic learning with practical application.
