COURSE CURRICULUM

The LLM International Criminal Law provides an in-depth study of the legal frameworks, practical procedures, and challenges involved in addressing international crimes and achieving accountability. The program centres on a 60-credit dissertation, allowing students to conduct substantial research on a topic of their choice within international criminal law under expert supervision. Core modules cover foundational and advanced aspects of international criminal law, including substantive law, advocacy, and litigation, equipping students with the skills to operate effectively in complex legal proceedings. Public international law is also a compulsory component, providing essential context for understanding the legal and institutional frameworks that govern international relations and the prosecution of crimes.
