At its core is the Mental Wealth: Professional Life module, which encourages students to explore the societal and industrial roles of engineers and construction managers. This module emphasizes current and emerging technologies, contract procedures, financial control systems, and the development of leadership and managerial competencies needed in complex project environments.The program also embraces critical global issues, particularly sustainability and digital transformation. In the Environmental Sustainable Engineering & Logistics module, students examine the construction industry’s impact on the environment and how to manage projects responsibly. The module emphasizes sustainable development, regulatory compliance, and health and safety practices. In parallel, the Procurement & Digital Technology module, subject to validation, is anticipated to explore how innovations in digital systems are transforming procurement strategies and operational workflows across engineering sectors, enhancing transparency and efficiency.Strategic thinking and operational leadership are further developed in the Managing Strategy, Operations and Partnerships module.
