The Digital Construction and BIM module equips students with the knowledge of digital modelling technologies and their application in construction projects. It covers the principles of Building Information Modelling (BIM), information management, and the importance of collaboration among stakeholders. The module also explores how construction companies adapt to digital technology and how BIM can be used to ensure project efficiency and budget control. Finally, the Research Skills and Dissertation module allows students to apply the skills acquired throughout the course to an independent research project.
