COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA in FinTech is designed to combine essential business management education with specialised training in financial technology, preparing graduates for leadership roles in a rapidly transforming financial sector. In the first year, students develop strong foundations in strategic leadership, financial decision making, operations, and digital marketing while gaining a clear understanding of how organisations operate across the business environment. Core modules such as Operating Across the Business, Strategy and Leadership, Value Creation, and Next Generation Marketing build managerial and strategic capability, while the Mental Capital module strengthens professional resilience and the ability to analyse complex business challenges. The program places a strong emphasis on FinTech innovation, with Advanced FinTech Strategies for Impact focusing on the role of Industry 4.0 technologies, Big Data, and digital transformation in reshaping traditional financial processes. Applied learning is central to the curriculum through the Business Insight Project and the MBA Venture Project, which allow students to address real-world FinTech problems and develop practical, industry-relevant solutions. Students also have the option to undertake a placement year, gaining valuable hands-on experience and strengthening links between academic learning and professional practice. An MBA placement module further enhances employability and industry exposure, ensuring graduates are well prepared to lead innovation and change in the global FinTech sector.
