You will examine both local and global legal challenges, focusing on the need for international coordination. The module also emphasizes the development of professional skills such as individual intelligence, digital proficiency, and global leadership, while fostering cultural sensitivity through interactive assessments.The Regulation of Financial Markets module addresses the nature and operation of financial regulation, focusing on its application in the current global financial environment. It explores the significant changes occurring in financial markets and provides essential knowledge for postgraduate study in international law. The module will give you a deeper understanding of the regulatory landscape in both national and international financial contexts.In the Law of International Finance module, you will study the legal issues arising from the international operations of commercial banks, merchant banks, and investment banks. The course primarily focuses on London City practices, with references to other international legal frameworks.
