In the foundation year, you will focus on core subjects such as Analytical Mathematics, Engineering Sciences, and Physical Sciences, along with introductory modules in Human Biology. These subjects will give you a strong understanding of key concepts needed in both engineering and biological systems, which are essential for solving complex problems in biomedical engineering.A central part of the program is the Mental Wealth module, which is designed to help you develop critical soft skills such as self-awareness, teamwork, and professional reflection. This module will guide you to become an independent learner and equip you with the tools to succeed in your career by focusing on career development and the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical problem-solving.In the second year, the focus shifts to more specialized biomedical engineering subjects. You will study topics like Functional Anatomy, Biomechanics of Human Movement, and Applied Electronics, which will help you understand the intricacies of the human body and its interaction with medical devices. The Engineering Design and Analysis module will introduce you to the principles of material mechanics and the application of these principles in real-life scenarios.
