Modules such as Technical Skills & Innovation and Fashion Contexts and Research introduce core concepts, including the use of industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite, and the study of global fashion narratives. Students also engage with the complexities of cultural diversity and identity, particularly within the context of multicultural cities like London.As students progress into the second year, they delve deeper into contemporary fashion issues such as globalisation, psychopolitics, and sustainability. Modules like Storytelling and Visual Communication and Fashion Business: Globalisation, Psychopolitics, and Contemporary Issues help refine creative and technical skills, while Fashion Enterprise 2 focuses on building professional portfolios, developing branding strategies, and gaining practical experience through live briefs and placements. This year enhances students' understanding of how to apply theory to practice and develop solutions that meet current market demands.In the final year, students refine their research, strategic thinking, and professional skills. Through modules like Applied Identities in Fashion Culture and Business and Fashion Culture and Practice, students explore the emotional and cultural dimensions of fashion, preparing for the Final Major Project. This self-initiated project allows students to demonstrate their creative and entrepreneurial skills, culminating in a portfolio that showcases their expertise.
