You will critique the driving factors behind strategic development and create an organizational strategy for achieving business goals, while also learning how to monitor and implement the strategy to ensure long-term success.In Term Two, the "Luxury Industries and Business Futures" unit enhances your analytical, creative, and practical skills, preparing you for leadership roles in the evolving luxury industry. This unit emphasizes entrepreneurial practice, exploring luxury innovation and the leadership challenges shaping the future of the sector. The "Sustainable Business Design and Development in Fashion and Luxury Industries" unit integrates business design with sustainability, allowing you to formulate strategies that address modern market complexities while aligning with sustainable development goals (SDGs).Term Three culminates with the "Fashion and Luxury Industries and Business Final Major Project," where you apply the knowledge gained throughout the program.
