COURSE CURRICULUM

The Supply Chain Management MSc is designed to provide students with a thorough understanding of the operational, analytical, and strategic aspects of modern supply chains. Over the course of the program, students complete seven core modules alongside a major project, enabling them to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical skills in research, analysis, and communication. Key modules include Operations Management, Global Supply Chain and Finance, Supply Chain Analytics, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management, which together provide a holistic view of how goods and services are produced, distributed, and optimised on a global scale. Information Systems for Supply Chain Management and Research Methodologies and Methods equip students with the tools to leverage data, assess performance, and apply evidence-based decision-making in complex supply chain environments. The program also includes a Supply Chain Management Project and an optional Work Placement Project, allowing students to gain hands-on experience and apply their learning in real-world industry contexts. Through a combination of case studies, analytical exercises, and project work, students develop problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership skills essential for navigating the challenges of global supply chains. Graduates are prepared for careers in logistics, operations, procurement, consultancy, and strategic supply chain management across a variety of industries, with the ability to adapt to evolving business environments and technological innovations.
